This gorgeous aged engineered oak range offers a unique finish within all our collections. With saw marks, a sumptuous, weathered feel and a light brush to the oak which lifts the texture and elevates the oaks natural characteristics, Cotton Mill will give you a stunning oak floor. These beautiful oak planks form a highly stable engineered oak floor, made by combining 4mm European oak with an 11mm plywood base. This stability means Cotton Mill can be used with underfloor heating, much in demand in modern schemes. The appearance and lifespan of engineered oak is comparable to a 15mm solid hardwood floor whilst the price is not! Available in 3 fabulous colours, Cotton Mill must surely be a top contender for your project.

This brand-new collection (Aug ’24), with its unique hand-aging and attractive time-worn look, is perfect for both classically styled interiors and more modern projects making it a superb choice for a variety of schemes. Each colour option in the Cotton Mill collection comes in the same plank size of 2200mm x 220mm x 15mm (4mm solid oak surface and 11mm ply back).
