RETURNS - Due to the variation that occurs within natural stone, engineered oak & the production differences in factory made tiles (including porcelain, ceramic, decorative and glazed tiles) we have a non-return policy on all our stone, oak & porcelain. Any surplus tiles/planks should be kept as they will be from the same batch as your original material and can be used should any damage occur after the product has been installed.

SPECIAL ORDER STONE, OAK & PORCELAIN ITEMS - No returns will be accepted of special order stone, oak or porcelain items including but not limited to step treads, copings & upstands.

FIXING PRODUCTS - Any unused adhesive, grout & sealant unopened and in full resalable condition will be refunded but must be returned to our warehouse in Cirencester within 28days of the delivery/collection date with proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any and all items. Once warehouse has confirmed safe receipt and that all products can be re-sold, a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 3 working days. Alternatively, we would be happy to provide you with a credit note for the same amount if your project is on-going.
