Hunston Handworked Oak Floor Collection

Our Hunston Handworked collection is based on the premise of taking many of the aesthetics of traditional oak floors and marrying them with handworked processes that result in an engineered oak flooring range that will seamlessly fit into modern projects just as much as traditional ones. All boards in this range are produced from natural grade oak with traditional oak character throughout but, with the contemporary take on hand-finishing, each plank is elevated, accentuating the natural knots and grain producing a fabulous semi-rustic oak floor. The hand-aging techniques used yield an oak flooring range of true character typified by the hand-scraped appearance on the face of the planks and the hand-finished nibbled aged edge.

All colour options in the Hunston Handworked collection come in the same plank size of 2200mm x 220mm x 15mm (4mm solid oak surface and 11mm ply back) – a lovely 22cm wide board that will suit any size of room and all are priced at £59sqm+VAT & delivery, forming an attractive and affordable collection. For a styled oak look, two planks from each pack are machined into two sections and all planks fit neatly together via tongue and groove. Our two most popular colours, #10 & #27 are also available in a 20mm thick board in the same plank size as its 15mm counterpart priced at £59sqm+VAT & delivery. We have also added a new 24cm wide plank option in #23, again priced the same at £59sqm+VAT & delivery.

Oak is a classic flooring material so will always suit traditional projects, the modern finishing on our Hunston Handworked collection also means these oak boards will flourish in modern contemporary schemes too creating statement floors with a timeless look.
