Regent Tumbled Limestone

This highly fossilised natural stone features hues of mushroom and fawn, the stone flags are packed with exquisite natural detail – including full shell fossils, abundant dark-lead mineral veins and glimmers of grey quartz. Regent Limestone creates a timeless natural flagstone floor that will never date and we have a dedicated outdoor version for a truly seamless look that blends house and garden. A popular choice for traditional and contemporary projects alike, these hard-wearing limestone tiles will bring understated elegance to your home for years to come. Regent limestone is a beautiful pale taupe-beige limestone, very similar to traditional Purbeck limestone with the same high fossil & shell content. Regent is a more mushroom coloured floor than our Avignon & Castile stones, so is very popular where a deeper, darker natural stone aesthetic is desired. Regent is a very dense stone making it highly suitable for even the busiest family homes or commercial projects. The external format is finished with the same gently aged edge as its internal counterpart and comes in a dedicated 30mm thick flag. The surface of the external stone is etched to give the flag a higher-grip. Our Regent step treads are also finished with this same higher-grip surface and one 100cm or 115cm side is fully bullnosed.

INDOOR STEPS: we have now added 2 dedicated indoor finish steps to this range. As per the external 5cm step, each step is 100cm wide and finished with a full bullnose. The depth however is 45cm front to back and we offfer them in 2cm and 3cm thicknesses.

Stone Formats:

Step Treads*: Regent is also available in our popular stone step treads which can be used both internally & externally (the surface finish matches the external flagstone). Regent step treads are either 100cm or 115cm long x 35cm x deep x 5cm thick (1000mm or 1150mm x 350mm x 50mm) with front edge finished with a CNC machined bullnose profile (115cm step) or a hand-honed profil (100cm step), priced per 115cm step at £55+VAT & delivery and per 100cm step at £45+VAT & delivery.

3cm thick courtyard cobbles: these lovely outdoor finished cobbles come in 15cm widths by mixed lengths and 3cm thick. Perfect for landscaping pathways, courtyards and the like.

LARGE SIZE SAMPLE INFORMATION: A single 30cm x 30cm x 1.5cm sample is available to purchase at just £5inc P&P. This £5 will be credited against any future order of Regent Tumbled Limestone.

Postal samples ARE NOT available for our 5cm thick step treads, the colour and finish is identical to the external flagstone.
